Usher Hall and Traverse theatre within a five minute walk.


The rooms

The spacious entrance vestibule and hallway benefit from original tiled floors.  These lead through to the large bay windowed lounge with seating for all guests.  Working shutters provide privacy and the room also benefits from a gas fire.


The well equipped kitchen and utility room lead out the private and secure small walled garden

A the top of the first landing is a small double room.


Bedroom 2,

The Master room has a King size four poster room which can also add a third and/or fourth bed as necessary.

Bedroom 3

An en-suite twin room that can sleep two or three singles

Bedroom 4

Up on the second floor this twin bedroom can sleep up to four singles and is served by the new shower room

Bedroom 5

King Size room to the rear of the property is served by the large adjacent bathroom.


Utility room provides access to heating controls and has washing machine and tumble dryer along with iron and ironing board.  The fifth w/c and shower room is also found to the rear of the utility room.

All bed linen and towels are provided
