Property Description

Both No19 and The Loft are large spacious five bedroom apartments sitting side by side and situated in the very heart of Edinburgh’s World Heritage New Town.  Located on the third and fourth floor of an impressive Georgian building these offers uninterrupted views over Queen Street Gardens towards the Firth of Forth from the main living areas.



Large spacious lounge with seating for all guests.  We also have a dining table with seating for up to ten guests.

Internet ready TV and bose speaker.  Wifi.


Very well equipped with American style fridge, with separate wine fridge and freezer under.  Cooking is taken care of with a large viking range with five gas rings and large electric oven.  We also have a microwave, Kitchen Aid nespresso coffee machine and miele dishwasher.


Bedroom 1, located on the entry level is a very spacious twin room that can sleep up to four singles or we can convert this to a super king room. Bedroom 1 is served by the large downstairs bathroom.

Up on the second floor we have

Bedroom 2,  to the rear of the apartment is an en suite twin room sleeping three singles.

Bedroom 3, also to the rear we have a king size four poster bedroom with en suite shower room.

Bedroom 4, another en suite twin room that can sleep three singles and is located to the front of the house.

Bedroom 5, another twin en suite room to the front of the apartment..


The main bathroom downstairs features a mirrored walk in shower and bath overlooking Queen Street


Utility space off the kitchen provides access to the washing machine and tumble dryer along with iron and ironing board.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

House rules

Altough we cater for large groups this is not a party flat, please do not attempt to book this property if looking for a party pad.

We expect our properties to be left as they are found.

No banners to be displayed outside the property or from windows nor on any walcoverings, woodwork is however ok 🙂

No smoking in the shared stairwell nor from windows, afraid it’s downstairs and outside-sorry.
