Lounge

Large lounge with seating for all guests.  We also have a dining table with seating for up to ten guests.

Internet ready TV and bose speaker.  Wifi.

Kitchen

Very well equipped with American style fridge, with separate wine fridge and freezer under.  Cooking is taken care of with a large Viking range with five gas rings and large electric oven.  There is also a microwave, Kitchen Aid Nespresso coffee machine and Miele dishwasher.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1. Located on the entry level is a spacious room that can accommodate up to four single beds. Bedroom one is served by the large downstairs bathroom.

Up on the second floor we have

Bedroom 2.  At the rear of the apartment is an en suite room accommodating up to three in single beds.

Bedroom 3. Also to the rear a king size four poster bedroom with en suite shower room.

Bedroom 4. An en suite room that accommodates up to three single beds.

Bedroom 5. A twin en suite room to the front of the apartment..

Bathroom

The main bathroom downstairs features a mirrored walk in shower and bath overlooking Queen Street

Extras

Utility space off the kitchen provides access to the washing machine and tumble dryer along with iron and ironing board.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

House rules

Although we cater for large groups this is not a party flat, please do not attempt to book this property if looking for a party pad.

No banners to be displayed on the exterior of the property nor from windows. Any interior decorations to be fixed to woodwork only with blue tac, not Sellotape and nothing attached to wallcoverings.

No smoking in the shared stairwell nor from windows, afraid it’s downstairs and outside-sorry.
