Property Description
Both No19 The Apartment and No19 The Loft are large five bedroom apartments sitting side by side and situated in the very heart of Edinburgh’s World Heritage New Town. Located on the third and fourth floor of an impressive Georgian building these offers uninterrupted views over Queen Street Gardens towards the Firth of Forth from the main living areas.
The Rooms
Lounge
Large lounge with seating for all guests, there is also a dining table with seating for up to ten guests.
Kitchen
Well equipped with large American style fridge freezer, two ovens, induction hob, microwave, |Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1. A spacious room that can accommodate up to four single beds.
Bedroom 2. An en suite twin room to which a third bed can be added if necessary.
Bedroom 3. An en suite room that can accommodate three single beds.
Bedroom 4. A cosy double room to the front of the house.
Bedroom 5. A king four poster room with large oval bay window. A single bed can be added if required.
Bathrooms
In addition to the two en suite shower rooms there is a bathroom on the ground floor with freestanding bath and walk in shower for the use of bedroom one. Up on the second floor there is a bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath which is shared by bedrooms four and five.
Extras
Utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer along with iron and ironing board.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
House rules
Altough we cater for large groups this is not a party flat, please do not attempt to book this property if looking for a party pad.
No banners to be displayed on the exterior of the property nor from windows. Any interior decorations to be fixed to woodwork only with blue tac, not Sellotape and nothing attached to wallcoverings.
No smoking in the shared stairwell nor from windows, afraid it’s downstairs and outside-sorry.
